Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Amplitude Entertainment, LLC (“Bus Call,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Bus Call tour-management service at getbuscall.com and its related apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bus Call is a tool for planning and running live tours — organizing show days, schedules, travel, hotels, contacts, guest lists, financial details, and related documents, and sharing them with the people on your tour. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for the activity of members you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to these Terms.
- Tell us promptly at chris@getbuscall.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Roles & organizations
An account owner creates one or more organizations and invites managers and crew. Managers can view and edit tour information; crew have limited, mostly read-only access, and can be restricted to specific days. People you invite will be able to see the tour information you share with them. You are responsible for choosing who to invite and what access to grant.
4. Free trial, plans & billing
- New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
- Crew accounts are always free. Paid plans apply to manager/admin seats and higher tiers, as described on our pricing page.
- After the trial, continued use of paid features requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown at getbuscall.com and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. They renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it is resolved.
5. Your content
You keep all ownership of the information, files, and documents you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, copy, display, and process Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service for you and the members you share it with — including sending documents you upload to our AI provider so their details can be extracted (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring it does not violate anyone’s rights or any law.
6. Automated document reading
The Service can read uploaded documents (such as itineraries, day sheets, contracts, and receipts) and suggest details to add. This automated extraction can be wrong or incomplete. You are asked to review extracted information before it is saved, and you remain responsible for verifying anything important — dates, times, seats, addresses, money, and names — against the original document. Bus Call is not responsible for decisions made based on unverified automated output.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights using the Service;
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, disrupt, or overload the Service;
- Access the Service through automated means except as we permit, or reverse-engineer it;
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties outside your own tours without our permission;
- Use the Service to store or share content you do not have the rights to.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, our hosting, payment processing, and AI providers). Their availability is outside our control, and your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, so keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated extraction will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplitude Entertainment, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or bookings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
